Is there such a thing as a microphone available for the iPhone (13 Pro Max) which connects to the iPhone solely via Bluetooth, without needing to insert a cable or other type of connector into the iPhone's lightning port?

I get the impression that AirPods can be used like this but I was thinking of "real" microphones.

Perhaps it's not technically possible but I just wanted to check.

I imagine that compromises in audio quality would make it not useful for most people. There are some good usb mics available, so there probably isn’t a strong need for a wireless option.

Reason I ask is, I'm using the iPhone with a gimbal, and there's not a huge amount of space to connect a microphone in the lightning port and fit the phone in the gimbal's phone clamp, so I wondered if a purely wireless bluetooth connection would be available, but I can see that the audio quality would never be good enough. Thanks.
