Do razer usb keyboards work with mac??

about to buy a new keyboard and was thinking of getting a razer arctosa. Im assuming any USB keyboard is just plug-n-play, but I wanted to make sure.

Also for remapping keys (to get ctrl, alt, and windows keys turned into ctrl, option and command), is software like doublecommand my best bet?

half my keys are dead right now and typing with the damn keyboard palette is doing my head in
