Do refurbished/replacement iphone 4s come with 5.1 or 5.0.1?

I'm curious because im being told it'll cost me $160, which at this point is fine... if I can have 5.0.1 and not 5.1 -_-

I think it depends but I replaced mine about a week ago and it was on a previous version (can't remember which version) because I performed an over the air update before restoring.

you're not getting my point. I dont WANT 5.1. 5.0.1 was better for me, especially since I jailbroke as well.
