iPhone XS Do Siri Suggestions *only* show apps used recently? I.e. in the last week or two? Or can it show apps used over 2 weeks ago?

Not sure how far the app suggestions go. Here is the official document from Apple:
Turn Siri Suggestions on or off on iPhone
On iPhone, Siri makes suggestions for what you might want to do next, such as confirm an appointment or send an email.
