Do slider cases stop dust?

From getting under the screen? I was curious because I have some light leaks and I know with little open gaps like that it makes the phone more vulnerable for dust particles to get under the screen.
Do any of you know if my incase slider will be any help?

Is there a cover for the bottom of the phone so no dust wont get in? i saw one that came with a case on a youtube video and was wondering if they come seperate.

I have the Slider and it doesn't really keep dust out. It kind of just collects inside the case. When I slide it off, there's a bunch of dust in the inside that I just blow off and wipe out.

I have had the incase slider for both iphones and now i have the incase power sider for my 3g and dust DOES collect and WILL scratch your chrome bezel. So take the case off once a week to clean underneath it.
