Do Tags Sync Across Devices (Finder)?

Hello - At my office, I tagged some files red in the Finder in a Google Drive folder (I also use OneDrive). When I turned on my home computer, which uses the same exact accounts (Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud), the tags are not present in Finder. Is there a way to sync tags? Thank you.
