Do the new macs ship with 10.5.7?

Does anyone know if the new macs announced yesterday will ship with 10.5.7? Don't they need the driver support for the new systems?

hmmm that would make sense. I heard that the latest seed for 10.5.7 had support for the new stuff in these machines. However, I haven't heard a definite answer.

They''ll ship with machine specific loads/restore media. Change will be merged down the line (more than likely 10.5.7).

They will probably ship with 10.5.6 with a newer build, much like when the unibody notebooks shipped with 10.5.5 with an updated build.

They'll almost certainly ship with 10.5.6 + machine-specific patches.

Edit: unless 10.5.7 is released before they ship, in which case they'll ship with that.

iMacs configured with the ATI 4850 graphics card will.

I've read posts where people have said their new iMacs/Mac minis/etc shipped with 10.5.6.

Yes it seems to be a 'special" version of 10.5.6, but 10.5.7 can't be far away I would think.
