Hey I'm trying to convert a cousin. he is a big fan of the Pet Shop Boys. Does anyone know if the Pet Shop Boys use mac to produce their records. Photographic proof would be awesome!

no idea about whether they use Macs or not, although i know they used to use the "fairlight" i think it was called back in the day.
Hmmm...not sure about PSB...is he also an Erasure fan? Vince Clarke relies extensively old hardware synths, but has used some software synths on his Mac and runs his lives shows through a Mac. Found an interview in which Vince mentions using Logic. Vince also used his Mac to sing on his version of What a Wonderful World.
I asked on their web-site and apparently they use Logic to make their records, therefore they use Macs.

God are the PSB's STILL around. They made incredible tracks; even I liked a few of them ... I know the lead was gay, but were the both of them a couple at any point? Erasure, man that lead guy had a strange voice but he just looked really freaky to me; like a born-high Acid baby all grown up.
Anyone remember Tears for Fears "head over heels" , "women in chains" (i really loved that song, I have nO idea why, guess because a girl I knew got HIV positive, 2 yrs prior or so the rumor had it. Man if she didnt I felt bad because she moved because she couldnt take it anymore.
