Do these types of apps drain my battery?

I have apps like orbit and stack, do they waste my battery, if so how much? Does these kind of apps drain the battery a lot as they become part of the system?

apps that use the most battery are the ones that require wifi, sound and accelerometer

what also drains your batts are your setting..ex. push/brightness/loud sounds ect. also gps apps kills.. you need to set up the settings to your needs..like if you want to play games or something turn push off and wifi if your not using it use auto brightness you get the idea.. oh and drain your batt all the way dead like every 2 weeks or less then charge it

I had no idea about loud sounds drainin the battery! So I can use orbit and stack without it wasting more than 2% of battery each a day!
