Do they sell the SSD MBP at retail stores?

Do they sell the SSD MBP at retail stores? I would order one from the internet but the country (Taiwan) I am in has the apple store's web site in Chinese. Should I try and order from the internet anyway using a translator?

If I recall correctly, all their MacBook Pros come stocked with a 5400 RPM HDD, size depending on the model of the MBP. Bit odd really, as the HDD is limiting the entire system.
