Use iSync to transfer your iCal Calendar. (You can select just your to do list or you can do the whole shebang.) You can also transfer your Address Book Contacts this way. Then, after the sync, go to the extras section of the iPod Menu & go to calendars. From their you can view all or some of your calendars at once.
 
You can also set alarms to remind you of things, they'll show up on the iPod... you have to have the clock enabled (or not disabled, should say) for this to work...

unfortunately it doesn't have an actual to-do list that i have figured out, i think it would be cool to be able to check off items.

ah well. iPod Software 2.0 might be out soon :)

Yeah, but once my to-do list has been transferred, where do I find it? The only items I can find are the ones that have finish-by dates associated with them. Just general tasks don't seem to appear...
