I bought my Apple Watch 4 like 2-3 weeks ago and made a pretty noticeable dent already from crashing into someone else's watch (stainless steel black). I do have Apple Care plus and I was wondering - is this valid for an exchange? (this would be an accidental damage). I could keep it, but I notice the silver stainless steel on the black watch body so it's pretty annoying.

Also, do we get a brand new watch or do we get one that was returned by other customers? I remember when I had my iPhone exchanged they gave me one that was in a different box that didn't have the charger so I wasn't sure if it was brand new.

Cosmetic damage isn't covered and it will be at Apple's discretion if it's covered. Also you can get a new (more likely now than later) or refurbish also at Apple discretion.
