Do we know if you ordered the wrong size light seal will Apple swap out at the Apple Store?

I ordered my VP for Feb 2 delivery but it looks like I’ll need reader inserts which means w23 vs w21. Hopefully the Apple stores will have these to swap.

You should contact Zeiss to see what they say about lens correction vs non correction light seals.

Yes, Apple stores should have some to exchange.

Best to take it into an Apple store and have them fit you.

Same thing on my order. Chat or Call Apple Support to change your Light Seal. I chatted with them and was able to get my order changed so my Light Seal is now 23 W instead of 21 W and it’s still for delivery on release day.

They said mine is already preparing for shipment so they can't change it. I went ahead and ordered the Zeiss readers and correct light seal to be delivered to the Apple store late afternoon feb 2. She said the can do swap outs etc as they want people to have the right fit.
