ok I seen it all! my daughter non iphone used butt dual me all the time. (great for eavesdropping dads) However even if your screen is on iPhones will not butt dial. unless on a naked cheek.

Some touch-screens are "touch" sensitive, And not "Heat" like the iPhone. Which causes the "butt dial".

I never knew the "Technical" term. Not that it is one, I've always just thought it was Heat Sensitive.

Had the iPhone 4 since day 1, now on the 4s.

Yes, my 4 would butt dial ALL the time. I would turn the screen off after making a call, but somehow it would get turned back on and then it just takes one button to call back the last dialed number it seems.

I did before with my Droid 1, I have a butt shape that liked to speed dial. No problem since getting an iPhone 4 though.

I can't see that happening with an iPhone really, my previous phones used to do it all the time, what a pain.. Never had it happened with the iPhone though, had iPhones for 4years.
