Do you experience a lag when switching apps?

I may be late on this but I just experienced a major lag this afternoon. As I switched from one app to another quite vigorously, I got stuck in one app. Tried pressing the home button but it won't exit. It did after 30 seconds. I then did a restart and I started noticing a lag when closing an app for the first time or switching apps.

Normal usage, behaves normal. Things are fine here.
