Do you experience slower speeds after 22GB with AT&T?

AT&T says you might see slower speeds after you exceed 22GB. Has anyone experienced this? I had a grandfathered UDP until today (different post about this later) and never experienced throttling. Wondering if it's common with the 22GB plan.

I honestly have not seen any slow down when going over the 22gB. Nothing to worry about at all.

My daughter averages 50 gigs a month and she has no noticeable slow down. I had her run Speedtest and she was getting 20 MB/sec.

I better not. I paid extra for my 60GB data plan.

I use about 40GB a month and have yet to notice a slow down.
