I want to sign up for carrier financing with tmobile to be eligible for JUMP. I also want to do this at Apple Store so do you guys think this shortage will ease up by December?

I don't think Apple Stores do T-mobile financing. You'll have to do that at a T-mobile store. The way it's looking the 6 Plus may catch up with demand around mid to late November.
