I could see the 5.5 inch maybe being more but what about the 4.7 version? Would I be looking at $699 for the 32GB 4.7 inch?

Depending on what the next slate of iPhones offer Apple may (or may not) charge a premium based on what's been added.

My unprofessional guess: The 4.7" will be the same price as the iPhone 5S and it will default at 32 gig.

The 5.5" will be a no show for now.
