What are your fitness and health resolutions for 2023 using an Apple Watch?

My goals are:
  • Improving cardio fitness, resting HR, and cardio recovery. AW measures V02max and HR recovery metrics. I want to keep an eye on these metrics and try to improve.
  • HRV monitoring and stress levels. I will use Training Today and try to give myself enough time to recover, which I failed to do in 2022. I will also stretch regularly for muscle recovery and flexibility.
  • Higher quality and consistent sleep every night. I will continue using Apple’s sleep focus with sleep stage tracking. Improvement will be difficult, so I am even willing to cut down on coffee.
  • More frequent body measurements and logging to Apple Health, at least once a week (blood pressure, body weight, etc.). Keeping statistics will hopefully make me more aware of where I’m at.
  • Lastly, I want to spend more time in nature for mindfulness. At least 3-4 long hiking trail walks in 2023.

I plan to workout outdoors every day this 2023
and rub that in everyone's face with cool graphics!

BTW
is there a nice guide or apple website were I can learn how to use the  watch Exersize features?
'fitness+" is just watching someone over-sweat to an activity I wont do.
obviously that grey monthly graphic challenge is something I need to fish for, or is it in the watch?

edit: ahh there it is in the Activity-Awards section!

thanks in advance!

I've been generally focused on some level of fitness for many years, so I don't have any specific goals, other then being consistent with the gym, increase my muscle mass and just be consistent with my workouts.

The AW doesn't play much of a part of my workout, though I do record my runs, and gym visits
