Do you have same jumping menubar when sliding between fullscreen windows in macOS 12/13/14?

Just updated from Big Sur to Monterey and found this annoying animation bug in Spaces:

I would like to ask you if this is fixed in Ventura/Sonoma or doesn't happen for you on Monterey, to pick next version for update.

I found workaround: enable "Displays have separate spaces" in Mission Control. This obviously should not have any effect since i never used second display, but it works.
