Do you have signal issues after updating to 4.3.2 with sn0wbreeze?

iPhone 4, baseband 1.59.00, updated to 4.3.2 from 4.2.1 using sn0wbreeze on Windows.

NOT jailbroken, NOT unlocked, I restored from backup (due to having so many apps installed), constantly showing a 1-bar signal. Have not run ultrasn0w because of the issues with VV and MMS.

Are you having this issue? Did you use sn0wbreeze or something else? What baseband are you on?

Long and short is I want to retain unlock capability for travelling, but don't run jailbroken.
