Do you have to be 18 to BUY an iPhone?

i know you have to be 18 to sign up for a contract... but do you have to be 18 to buy one at an apple store?

Not as of right now, but these things may change. If, for example, there is a carrier subsidy, then you would have to purchase in an AT&T store to get it, and thus need to have positive proof of age to sign the contracts.
