Do you know a program that completes your abbreviations into full words/sentences. Let say I type my class notes and I use abbreviations such as "iff", I want a program that will change it to "if and only if".
I've heard that it's possible. I use iWorks 08, NeoOffice, and TextEdit.
Thank you for your help and knowledge.:D

Pages in iWork 08 has this option. NeoOffice may as well but I have not looked for it.

I'm trying to figure out where the hell this option is (in both apps) but really can't find it. While surfing, I found this. Anyone ever used it or heard about it?!

As far as Neooffice goes....

Just go to Tools > Autocorrect... and set up whatever substitution schemes you need.

You have to start entering the keyword you want to trigger the substitution before you can click "New" and activate the Autocorrection for the keyword.
