I have managed to scratch apple watch series 7 already.?

So far I have tried to remove scratches using polywatch, which did not work.
It rather removed oleophobic coating around the area I tested on, which I kinda expected.

Can anybody share some tips how to remove deep scratches on the apple watch 7?

Just live with it. The only way to remove scratches from glass is using different grades of diamond paste with a dremel tool which in my opinion shouldn't be done by someone with no experience

How deep is the scratch? Sometimes applying a screen protector can hide the scratch, but depends on the kind of scratch.

Unfortunately, there's no way to remove scratches from the screen. This is one of the primary reasons why I get the stainless steel Apple Watches. They have sapphire displays that are much harder to scratch. Like the previous poster said, sometimes a screen protector can hide a shallow scratch because the adhesive fills it in. It won't fix it though. Once you remove the protector, you'll eventually see the scratch again.
