Went to Best Buy tonight, and bought a wicked cool set of S9-HD stereo headphones. Paired up perfect, comfortable, sound awesome, but there is a glaring problem that is Apple's fault.

The standard controlling functions on bluetooth accessories is AVCRP. This protocol allows functioning of your $100 accessory to work like it was designed. By omitting this protocol, I can't control FF, Rewind, Pause, Voice command. If Apple would allow this standard protocol, in 3.1, I would be surprised, and very grateful.

How do I start a petition, and would anyone sign it???

I would also be grateful (although not surprised, Apple has a history of enabling features in software after they release the hardware - A2DP is the perfect example of this).
