Do you leave your power and USB's plugged in in your Macbook Pro?

Used to keep the power on my 2017 MacBook Pro plugged in but would unplug the USB adapter.

Now I upgraded to a M1 Macbook Pro recently and notice the Thunderbolt charger has a light on it.

Any thoughts on if it's better to simply leave it plugged in or unplug the power and/or USB hub at the end of the day?

Why unplug the power? Some people unplug their hubs if they're having trouble with them waking up or drawing power from their machines, but otherwise, it's fine to leave them plugged in.
