I'm currently on a Sprint 4S... if I get the iPhone 5, will I have LTE? Or do I have to get a separate plan and pay more?

Also, does anyone know what the early upgrade fee is with Sprint? My 2 year contract is not up because I switched to Sprint from AT$T last December.
