Do you power off Time Capsule once in a while?

My Time Capsule gets quite warm most of the time.

And I am afraid that the heat may shorten the life of the internal hard disk drive.

Does any of you switch your Time Capsule off completely once in a while (by pulling off the power cable) to let it rest once in a while?

Does that help at all?
