I've had an iPhone 6 since Christmas and I originally got a case that had built-in plugs for the headphone jack and charging port to keep dust out. The case is now wearing out and I'm looking to get another one. The color on this one faded and the back gets very dirty which makes me want to go with a different brand. My question is, are dust plugs that important? Do you have them?

Highly doubt anyone would need them unless you work/use your phone in a super dirty/dusty environment.

If a case has them built in then sure why not use em' but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy some.

I don't necessarily recommend them or think port covers are important. I think it's really about preference. That being said, I don't like seeing lint build up in the ports, so I tend to buy cases with built in port covers, granted it's a slim case. I don't like super bulky ones like Otterbox, Armorbox, etc. I'm currently using a Switcheasy NUMBERS case.
