Do You Think iPhone 5 Will Be Available Unlocked at Launch?

Right now online at Apple.com you can buy either an AT&T or Verizon iPhone. If you're willing to pay a bigger price, you can buy an unlocked GSM iPhone for $649 (16GB) or $749 (32GB). I would love an unlocked iPhone 5, and I don't feel like playing the waiting / jailbreaking game as I could use it for business ASAP so when I go abroad, I can swap out my SIM card. Here's the question... i'm positive Apple will allow us to buy unlocked iPhone 5s eventually, as they do now, but do you think they'll allow this at launch? I hope so!
