Do you think Photo Stream would work with pictures taken by Photo Booth?

As the title says do you think it will? I don't have an iPhone but I have an iPad and Mac. If is does not work then seems like I won't be able to take advantage of Photo Stream, unless you can manually drop in some photos and they get sent, like photos I didn't take.

From the way I understood it, you'd have to shoot them over to iPhoto for that to work, but that's easy to do from PhotoBooth. Shouldn't be an issue.
