Do you think that the MBP and MB lines will be updated at the same time?

It varies. Sometimes they update at the same time, sometimes it varies a week or two, sometimes only one gets updated.
If BOTH are getting a redesign then its likely it will be at the same time so Apple can make an event out of it. If it's only the MBP getting a redesign then its possible that the MB could get a spec bump at the same time or get one quietly a few weeks later.
