Do you think the 13" MacBook Pro's will be updated again later this year?

It seems likely the 15" rMBPs will be updated around June/July (pending Broadwell).

Even though the 13" model was just updated, do you think there will be another refresh during that time as well, even if it's just a small one?

No. There will not.

2013 had a Q1 release and a Q4 release, so it's certainly possible. I imagine that it depends on the Skylake timeline, and I don't know about that.

My expectation is that the next update to the 13" MBP will come with Skylake, probably in February or March 2016.
