So far, I really like being able to store my Preview and TextEdit docs in iCloud. It's more efficient than BTMMing to my home computer from work. I would love to see iCloud, iOS apps for these, but I don't know how Apple would pull it off. A TextEdit app for iOS seems incredibly redundant when you've already got Notes and Pages. And it doesn't seem very Apple to do a combined storage viewer app. Is anybody else wishing for these? Anybody have a good ideas how Apple could pull off iOS versions without seeming redundant?

Isn't preview primarily for pdfs? I'd really like to see an iBooks for OS X to handle the pdfs and allow one to read epubs. Rather than upgrade iOS with a preview.app, since iOS already has good apps for all file types, just add what's missing in OS X.
