Do you think the new Apple TV remote will work with Macs?

I miss the IR sensor when I switched from the old MacBook Pro to the new one. It was great to control music and movies and especially slide shows from across the room.

Since this new remote is Bluetooth, and Macs have Bluetooth, do you think we'll finally get to control media on the Mac with it again?
