Do you think the next iDevices will read H265 videos ?

The H265 may be the next video standard, Apple is aswell supporting it, so do you think the upcoming iDevices (iPhone5S, or 6, iPad 5, iPad Mini 2, apple TV) will be able to decode it with the current GPU used by Cupertino ?
Or maybe a deep GPU refresh will be required ?

Nope. Apple will wait for hardware decoder support.

Maybe the revision afterwards.

That's not going to be in phones(hardware implementation) for probably at least 2 more years.
