Apple usually doesn't take this long to start seeding for another leopard update, it's been like 2 months without any indication for a 10.5.7.

I think it's because Snow Leopard (10.6) is going to be released pretty soon.

Doubt it. I'm ADC member, last seed is working "ok" but there's still some of the promised features missing.

I think there will be a 10.5.7

I don't have any proof and don't know anyone with connections to Apple but I don't see why they would stop there when Leopard can still be improved. They also didn't stop releasing point updates to Tiger when Leopard was released.

This question is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that 10.6 be available for G4.

"Soon"? I think SL is at least 6 months away. Even then, Apple still sends out updates to existing OSs for a while.

No they don't. It might get one last update a couple weeks after SL ships, (as Tiger did, 2 weeks later), but they only issue security updates after a new OS ships. Security Updates only last until the next-next OS ships, then you're dead. The only exception to that was that 10.3 got QuickTime updates up until 6 months (or so) ago, because it was needed for iTunes Music Store to keep making Apple their money.
