We have not seen an increase in capacity for either since 2009 do you think they will receive a upgrade this year or next or is this the highest they will go.

Def not an iPhone, an iPod would make sense though, especially with higher quality files becoming available

It is difficult to include more flash space on the iPhone...

The iPhone only gets one flash memory, while the iPod Touch gets two...

If they are going to make 64 GB chips, then expect the iPhone getting 64 GB of storage, with the iPod Touch getting 128 GB...

At this point, months after Japan's earthquake, I do not know if flash memory prices have stabilized, but they were getting quite expensive again...

In the end, wait eventually or get the iPod Classic (one of the many reasons it is still being sold)...

There is a very very slim chance of 16, 64, 128 GB

But most likely the format will be 8,32,64 for ipod touch 5g

iPad 3: 32GB, 64GB, 128GB

iP5: 32GB, 64GB
