i use body wash old spice/axe anti hangover then i use dove shampoo, smells so goood! and also a loofa(?) and yes i'm a guy and yes i use a loofa haha

This is my favorite option as well, no truck stops have baths though, only showers...

soap is so..."old skool", battery acid is much more efficient at cleaning those "hard to reach" areas!
