Yes or No...

I'm trying to learn iWork's Numbers 08' a bit more, so I wanted to try a chart type of question. Thanks for your help. :apple:

Yes, but only after some specific searches and checking certain forums before each extended session.

It took me a while to get used to it when it was introduced; many of us used to kill the server by constantly searching for new posts all the time.

No going back now.

I use New Posts. If I'm here for an extended perios of time, then I switch over to Teh Spy™.

I use it a lot. My only issue with it is that it updates too fast. Sometimes when you click on something it has already moved down so you click on the wrong item.

It would be nice if it used a counter to update every 5 seconds, or maybe 10. Use that lovely apple circle loading icon to count down, every time the little black tick hits the top the page loads the new posts.

I don't know if I would like that or not. I prefer it to update 1 at a time. If it updated every 10 seconds, as many as 5 to 10 posts could suddenly appear.

just started

You know, I had forgotten about this. I'm going to use it more often, now.

Well i don't mind that either. As long as there is a standard pause to let you click on items before they move down. Maybe a button to pause it.

Only if its a slow day and I need something to look for. I try to just follow the posts Im interested in.

I'm pretty sure that I am the only one who surfs the forums from the main MR page. That's how I started (back before I joined the forums and only read the news articles) and I haven't stopped.
