Do you use Throttled Pro?

Hey all

I've been meaning to purchase Throttled Pro by Intrarts Media. If I understood it correctly, I will be able to see machines (macs and Non-macs) connected to the wireless network I created. Will I be able to limit the upload/download speed of each machine?

If anyone knows, a little help would be greatly appreciated.
