Do you use webmail to check email or a desktop client?

Do you use a desktop client like the Mail.app or do you just check your email online through gmail or whatever else you use for email?

I use webmail with Yahoo; that way I can get my e-mail from any computer with a web browser.

I just use the included Mail application in Mac OS X. It works perfectly fine for my needs.

If you use the Mail app then you'll get the benefit of Spotlight.

I have a Gmail account that I access via Mail, iPhone and web. Works great.

Which client do you guys use? And do you use a desktop client because you use email a LOT for your job or something? Are you old?

..I'm just curious I'm trying to find out why people use desktop clients other than maybe if they were really hardcore email users (for work or something) or that's just how they grew up on computers when desktop clients were bigger.
