Do your apps show up in iTunes?

I have downloaded about 10 apps directly onto my iPhone through the mobile app store. After syncing this morning, I checked the "applications" part of itunes, and only Facebook shows up in the list. Shouldn't all of my purchased apps at least show up there? Is there a way to check and make sure all of my purchased apps are being backed up?

When you plug in your iPhone it should ask to transfer purchases, tell it to allow. If it doesn't ask, right click your iPhone in the list to the left and choose reset all warnings, then resync.
