Hi, I am looking for Doc for my M3 Air.
Ideally the doc should support two displays, but I dont know if that is possible with the M3 Air. One display is 4k 144hz and the other one is 1440p 144hz.
I need to connect wired mouse and keyboard + external SSDs.

Is there something you can recommend?

The only way to properly run two external monitors on a M3 MBA is in clamshell/lid-closed mode.
The only way to run a 4K/144Hz external monitor is either:
Directly connected to the MBA, or
connected to a Thunderbolt 4 output port on a TB4 dock.

The second 1440p/144Hz monitor should be able to connect to a second TB4 output port on the dock, if it is a USB-C monitor.

But because of the lid-closed requirement there might be some funky behaviour in getting the monitors to both work, so you would have to see how to get it to work reliably, and how to get your MBA to boot up reliably in closed mode?

You can either use a simple TB4 Hub, but that may not have the right ports for other peripherals.
In that case you would need a more fully-featured TB4 dock.
If you are connecting two monitors to the dock it would best to connect external TB3 SSDs to the other USB-C port on the MBA. Slower USB 3.x SSDs might work connected to the dock.
