Dock app order reverted

Weird issue ever since updating to iOS 14. My bottom dock apps have always been from left to right: phone, iMessage, Safari and Music.
Since updating it keeps reversing: Music, Safari, iMessage and phone. What the heck is going on? Even when I change ot it eventually goes back. I am on iOS 14.0.1 btw.
