Dock Connector Female to Male

Does such a cable exist? I have an fm transmitter that I use in my car, and it's fine except I can't use it with my case on. I have the ability to use a 3.5mm cable with the fm transmitter, so it's still possible to listen to music, but if there was a female to male dock connector adaptor/extender I would be able to listen to music and charge all with 1 cable. Does that exist? I've done a google search and looked on monoprice.com and have had no luck so far. Thanks.
