Dock Connector Thingum

I had a 3G iPod, and it came with a little white plastic apparatus to close the bottom exposed area where the iPod would connect to the dock. My new iPod 4G did not come with that - I don't THINK. Did anyone else have a 4G that came with that or anything - because I want to make sure I didn't miss anything.

i think that the instruction manual comes with a list of everything included.... i would see if they are on the list....

The new 4G iPods do not come with the dock connector protector. Its kinda stupid that Apple did not include them, however I think they were thinking that people would rather use cases, or force the consumer to buy an Apple case.
