Dock Expose jerky (10.6)

i have build 10A394 with dock expose and its not working very smoothly.

If you go into expose when the dock is hidden (I hide it so i don't waste space on my macbook screen) its very jerky. If i don't hide the dock then its as smooth as butter.

Is this happening to anyone else? Id like to know if its an issue with my computer or 10A394 in general.

EDIT: I took a screen capture of it but it doesnt show very well in that, quicktime doesnt record at a very high framerate (15-20 or there abouts)

2) Switch back to previous OS if you can't handle it.
