Dock+Fullscreen+Launchpad bug

Open any app in Full screen. Say Safari.

Pinch to open Launchpad. Dock appears.

Exit launchpad.

Dock doesn't dissapear.

Right click, then cancel the pop up menu, and presto, the dock disappears.

This is a fresh install, no upgrade.

Patrick - I was able to verify and repeat your issue;
Actually, now that I see it, I would like the Dock not to appear when I bring up LaunchPad ... but that's just my opinion ....
