Hello, does anyone know why my dock icons keep changing into this generic icon? It looks like a piece of paper: with pencil, ruler, and paint brush in triangular shape. I've attached a screenshot.
It has happened with all kinds of apps, including pages, whatsapp, quicken, mail, messages, etc...
